More info needed, How long is bracelet, what beads are made of, etc. Your info on most items in catalogue are also vague.

I purchased the trinket pendant like the one shown above, I can not keep a chain on it, so therefore I have had everyone return them for thier money back, How do you keep the chain from slipping through the loop at the top?? They are great sellers except for that. Also, How can I purchase just the bracelets, no beads, just this bracelet. I could not find it on your site with out the kit.
