  • How can I check the status of my order?

    An email will be sent to you confirming we have received your order, and again after we have shipped it.  You can also select the Customer Care page.  The lower section will have your order information, including the status of your order. 
  • My order says Payment Pending. Did my order go through?

    Yes, your order went through if the status is Payment Pending.  We do not finalize the payment until we ship the order.  When the order is shipped and the payment has been captured the status will change to Completed.

  • Can I receive a printed catalog?

    Yes!  We are sending out catalogs about 4 times a year.  If you would like to request one Click Here.

  • Do your products contain lead?

    Safety is very important to us.  All of our products fall well below the legal limits for lead content.  The Crystazzi and Swarovski crystals are lead crystals, but the lead is part of the molecular structure of the product.  There is no danger in the lead that is part of the crystal to come to the surface.
  • Do you have a retail location for the public?

    No, we only sell our products online.
  • How much does shipping cost?

    We offer FREE shipping on all orders within the United States.  The price for shipping overnight or outside of the United States will be given to you at checkout.
  • How do I know the transaction is secure?

    Examine the page URL (address) during encrypted log-in or purchase pages.  The site will have "https:" in the secure URLs, which lets you know that the page is encrypted using Secure Sockets Layers, a type of protocol that protects information entered.  Current web browsers will have either a lock symbol or the company name to the right or left of the address bar.  Sometimes this lock symbol is at the bottom of the window.  Click (or double-click) on the symbol to see details of the site's security.

  • How long will it take for me to receive my order?

    We ship orders within two business days of receiving your order.  Ground shipping usually takes 1-4 days to receive after it has been shipped.

    If you need your order quicker, there is a FexEd next day and FedEx 2 day option.  Both will have added shipping cost, which will be calculated for you during checkout.

  • Is there sales tax?

     We are a Florida based business, therefore a 7% sales tax is applied to all orders in Florida.  There is no tax for orders shipped to other states.  If you are a registered business in Florida please fax or email your resale certificate and tax will not be included.  
  • Do you offer a wholesale discount?

    While we do not offer a wholesale discount, we do offer volume pricing.  For all orders over $50 you will receive 10% off of your order.  For orders over $100 you will receive 25% off of your total order.
  • Do you accept international orders?

    We gladly ship internationally.  Additional shipping charges will apply.  The exact shipping charges will be shown during checkout.
  • Do you provide refunds?

    If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, return it to us in its original condition within thirty day period.  No questions asked. List the items being returned on the back of your invoice and your credit will be applied to your credit card.
  • Do you accept checks?

    Yes, we do!  If you would like to order with a check then write down all the items that you want and mail it in with the check to:

    When figuring out your total, remember that shipping is FREE and you can take off for volume discounts!  If your order is over $50 remember to take off 10%.  If your order is over $100 remember to take off 25% of the total.
