Techniques to Know:
Opening Jump Rings
Necklace Instructions:
- First make the center segment. Cut (1) 8 1/2" (23 link) piece of large black chain.
- Cut (1) 3/4" and (1) 1 1/2" piece of small chain. Use a 4mm jump ring to attach a crystal drop accent to the bottom of the shorter chain and use a 4mm jump ring to attach the heart lock to the bottom of the longer chain. Place a 6mm jump ring at the top of each chain. Link the (2) 6mm jump rings together.
- Use a 6mm jump ring to place the key and small chain accents with charms on the center link.
- Cut (2) 18" peices of ribbon. Double knot each to the end of the chains. For extra security, a dot of clear craft glue can be placed in the center knot of each bow, or a few stitches of matching thread can be sewn through the knots to hold them permanently.
- Make a decorative diagonal cut for the end that will be used to tie a bow behind your neck. These ends will remail loose to act as the clasp of this necklace.

Earring Instructions:
- Cut (18) 2 1/4" lengths of black ball chian (one end of each chain piece must have a link to use for connecting later).
- Use 6mm jump ring to gather chains into (6) groups of 3 and attach them to the bottom of each circle connectors.
- Use a 6mm jump ring to attach (5) flowers randomly. See photo detail for reference.
- Use two 4mm jump rings linked together to attach each finished circle connector to the bottom of an earwire.
